Whanau Day

On Wednesday we are going to have a Whanau Day and we would like as many parents or relitives as possible. We are making cookies and pancakes the ingrediants for the cookies are 125g of butter ,1 half a cup of brown sugar, 1 half a cup of caster sugar , 1 half teaspoon vanilla estence , 1 egg , 1 and 3 quater cups of self raising flour , 1 half cup of choc chips. What you need to do is : Beat the butter sugar and vanilla estence together. Then add the egg+mix to the other mixture Sift in the flour then you add the chocolate chips . Once you have finished you put them in the oven and bake them for 12 minutes. Then tomorrow we will be making the pancakes. Then once we have finished the pancakes space 7 will be putting cream,butter and jam on them.
